S6 Events Information
Yearbooks: Payment Deadline Friday 29th March
If pupils wish to order a yearbook, £28.60 should be paid into the account at Community Reception (preferred payment method is online through iPayimpact).
Last Day of S6 Celebration: Friday 19th April
On Friday 19th April there will be a last day of S6 celebration in the Games Hall. Pupils should attend between 9.30am to 11.30am. We will register pupils on arrival, they are welcome to enjoy a later start time of 9.30am on this day.
Graduation: Thursday 30th May (pupils arrive 6:00pm, doors open to guests at 6:45pm)
The S6 Graduation will take place on Thursday 30th May at Inveralmond CHS. Each S6 pupil can bring up to 3 guests to the ceremony (pupils should speak to Mrs Waddell if they would like to bring along additional guests).
S6 pupils should arrive at 6pm and report to the assembly hall for a rehearsal. We will then move to the rooms in Business Education to register in house groups. Doors will open to guests at 6:45pm and the ceremony will start at 7pm (lasting approximately 1 hour with opportunities for photos afterwards).
Prom Tuesday 4th June (6:00pm to 11:00pm)
This year's prom will take place at the Vu in Bathgate. The cost is £55pp, which includes a welcome drink (mocktail), 3 course meal, DJ and all decorations. Pupils can start arriving from 5:30pm for photographs (parents welcome too for the first 45 minutes) and the meal will be served at 6:30pm. Pupils should arrange to be collected by 11pm.
The final balance will be due on Friday 19th April.
Pupils have been made aware that in order to attend Prom they must meet the criteria set out during assembly and discussed in PSE. This includes attendance above 90%, uniform, no reflections/DO calls and they must also attend all exams. Pupils know that they can speak to Mrs Waddell regarding any of the criteria.
