In preparation for the prelim exams, we would appreciate it if you could take the time to look at the timetable and check that the exams you expect to be doing are listed.
Whilst we have checked for potential conflicts, it may be the case that we missed one and if this is the case we would appreciate it if you could complete the form below no later than Friday 13th December.
Whilst having 2 exams (one after the other) isn't ideal it is also the case that this could happen in the main exam diet in May and isn't something we are able to move.
This form is only for those instances where a direct conflict occurs.
