All students are required to have up to date medical paperwork. Currently we are carrying out this exercise in school.
We appreciate your help in returning the signed forms timeously to enable us to continue to support the young persons medical needs in school.
We do need relevant signed paperwork to hold and give out the medication. Please return any forms to Ms Peacock as a matter of urgency.
