SQA Results Day

SQA Results Day - Information for Learners and Families
We hope all our pupils and their families are enjoying a well-deserved break over the summer holidays.
SQA Results Day is on Tuesday 5th August, and we are very much looking forward to seeing the achievements of our young people. Senior Phase learners will receive their results by post and, for those registered with MySQA, also by text and/or email.
We are incredibly proud of the hard work and commitment shown by our students and hope that the results reflect their efforts and aspirations.
We also recognise that, for some learners, results may be unexpected. In some cases better than anticipated, and in others not quite as hoped. Whatever the outcome, we are here to support our young people in making informed decisions about their next steps.
If a young person is in the category above and they think they would benefit from a follow-up conversation about their learner pathway following their results, there will be an opportunity to request a meeting once they return to school for the new term. These meetings will be prioritised based on need, and we appreciate your patience as we work through these requests.
Appeals Information
The SQA Appeals Service opens at 9am on Tuesday 5th August. Full details about the appeals process can be found here: https://bit.ly/4fnxLa0 (opens new window). Please also take time to read the information in the Your Results booklet: https://bit.ly/4mkuU3w (opens new window).
Before submitting an appeal, we strongly encourage learners to speak with a relevant member of school staff to ensure the process is fully understood and supported.
If you would like a member of staff to contact you to discuss a potential appeal, please complete this form: https://forms.office.com/e/cG68GFakub (opens new window). This form will open on the 5th of August at 9am.
It may also be that the school believes a learner could benefit from submitting an appeal. If we have information to suggest this is the case, we will be in touch with learners and their families directly to discuss this further.
We look forward to welcoming pupils back soon and celebrating their achievements together.
Kind regards,
